A brilliant service and I’m pleased. I applied for a new passport online on 17th of May and I received my passport today (3rd of June).
Make sure you follow instructions carefully. Once you make your online application get things done quickly including asking someone to verify your photo, sending documents through special delivery, etc. All my documents were received by 20th of May.
There is a major problem at the Central Hub with passports being held up for delivery by Royal Mail. Seemingly Royal Mail have a serious logistics problem and are not collecting any passports which TNT are not contracted to deliver. Nothing appears to be happening – it’s now over a week since my passport has been stuck waiting for collection by Royal Mail.
