Heather try this Tel number I get through all the time – 01633 285419
With your trip being less than 14 days you can apply to upgrade if you aren’t already aware.
Or just turn up at your nearest office as others have been doing with success

I go away on the 23rd and can upgrade today

Can you please help me. I go away for my daughters wedding on July 12th 2022. I applied to renew 5 wks ago. I got a call 20 days ago from passport office saying I had wrong bank details down. They took my new details over the phone and said they had went through for payment however I’m stressing out about everything. Please help.

My passport application has been processing since April 11 2022. I am a First Adult (overseas application) and its taking so much longer than the estimated 50.41 days noted here. I am located in Australia and need this passport urgently. Can someone please help me how I can speed up/fast track this service from overseas? Or a number I can call from Australia?
