Even with a rejected photo, the process was fast and simple. It only took 21 days. The website was very helpful to ease my mind and update me.

i had to ask 4 different people to confirm my identity as the first 3 didn’t meet the criteria which was frustrating but apart from that everything was relatively smooth. The application was finally accepted and i got my passport 2 days later.

I’ve received an email to say they are missing my foreign passport when I sent it with expired GB passport, which was received.
