I submitted an adult renewal online on 5/11. I posted my old passport to them and they received it on 8/11. I got an email to say the passport was approved on 15/11, another email at 2:30 am on 16/11 saying it had been printed and it was delivered the same day at 9:30 am.
I’m very happy with how quick and easy it all was.

Received a letter 2 weeks after application asking me to reply in writing to confirm any other passports I hold – which have been declared when I submitted my application, all other supporting documents had been sent with the application.
Received my new passport today with an incorrect nationality – was given vague instructions and no address. They have asked to sent it back to the office with own postage. No apologies and timeframe for the new passport to be received.

The photo I took from home was rejected for poor lighting. Paid £9 for photos from booth and once uploaded, passport was approved within 1 minute!! It then arrived via post 2 days later

I have applied and sent in my application on 4/15 it was received and i received a text saying i need to send in my old passport. That arrived in UK from USA on MAY 4th…I still as of 5/20 HAD NO UPDATE I leave mid July for international travel with my entire family who are US citizens and have passports. What must or can I do? Also has anyone been able to expedite overnight mail at least?
