My numbers are a bit misleading as I started my application on the 7th but sent my documents on the 14th. They received them on the 15th — so it took about a month. I had to book an interview, which was on the 13th, and then they approved and printed my passport on the 15th before sending them to me on the 16th. Only took a day for it to arrive after approval.
So basically, it actually took about four weeks from receiving my documents.

The day my daughters old passport was received the application began being processed. I had to submit 3 different counter signatures as it said “person not eligible” (although they definitely were) but once they accepted the third identity check the passport was approved, printed and delivered within two days. A much better service than I received earlier this year.
