Telephoned to chase after 6 weeks and many times afterwards. Received contradictory information, everybody appeared helpful but in reality told mistruths. Not taken seriously until 10 weeks had passed.

Comments:
Polite staff but gave wrong information. Told stolen ones took longer but couldn’t explain why. Then told it was delayed because they hadn’t received the old one ( which was impossible as it had been stolen) Lots of other contradictory information. Wasn’t until after 10 weeks that it was taken seriously and we were “authorised” to speak with Customer Management Team. Even then it took four further chasers and another 3 weeks before it was delivered.

I still do not have this passport and travel on Oct 21st. My sons went on the same date and came back 3 weeks ago. ‘With examiners’ is all I keep hearing.
I’m losing sleep over this not eating properly. They don’t care. Last check it was at Bootle
