The longest time was for them to acknowledge receipt of my passport. I got the text to say they had received it on 19th December and received my passport today 21st December 2022. My application was done online with pre approved photos and old passport was send next day tracked on 12th December. Postal strike caused a small delay but otherwise a fantastic turnaround
