TNT service not great. Said out for delivery so I stayed home – it was in fact out to delivery to the local depot. Delivery to my house was the day following this. Tracker not great – just gives 12 hour delivery slot window with no further info

Easy to apply using photo with unique ID. Passport Office kept my wife up to date with progress at several stages during the process. Only took 7 days, including weekend from sending to receipt. Amazing given the official website says it might take up to 10 weeks. However this was the simplest renewal possible without complications.

I have applied and sent in my application on 4/15 it was received and i received a text saying i need to send in my old passport. That arrived in UK from USA on MAY 4th…I still as of 5/20 HAD NO UPDATE I leave mid July for international travel with my entire family who are US citizens and have passports. What must or can I do? Also has anyone been able to expedite overnight mail at least?
