In the Summer we applied for a renewal passport for our son. It took over 12 weeks and untold stress to get it. It was with some trepidation that I made this application online rather than in person (particularly as a frequent business traveller). I applied on Friday and received it on the following Wednesday – 5 days in total in the period of postal strikes. OUTSTANDING.
