Very easy and quick service, I was really impressed with the tracking service. I needed to confirm a detail over the phone and the passport office tried to contact me several times over the week which I appreciated as I work in an area of low signal so multiple calls at different times of the day was helpful.

The most difficult part of the renewal process was finding a place in Ireland that does digital photos acceptable to HMPO. Other than that, the whole process was uncomplicated, quick, and I was kept updated with texts for every step completed in the process.
International travel with my entire family who are US citizens and have passports. What must or can I do? Also has anyone been able to expedite overnight mail at least?
