All very simple and straightforward. Had to submit the photo a couple of times until it was acceptable. Also didn’t send the old passport straight away as I was abroad when I submitted the application. They received the old passport on Thursday 4th and I received the new passport on Thursday 11th – much quicker than I was expecting.

Ever so impressed with processing time. Submitted application at 8:29pm on 04th April, application approved at 5:06am on 09th April, passport printed at 4:26am on 10th April, and both old and new passports delivered by Royal Mail at 10:35am on 11th April!
