Possibly had to wait a couple of extra days because of the bank holiday Monday, but very easy to use the online application and quick turn around once the system was updated that they received my old passport (received old passport Thursday late afternoon, new passport delivered Saturday lunch time).

Was all very straight forward until the application got stuck on the checking bit. Sat at that stage for 6 days! Then took a full day to print and another full day to post off. Missed my holiday completely
