Comments:
I applied for my passport renewal on the Sunday online, a standard passport renewal and was in no rush. The next day (Monday) sent my passport at the post office – next day delivery, tracked etc. Tuesday my this was received, and my application approved on the Wednesday. By Thursday afternoon my passport was here! Very easy and quick.

Comments:
I renewed an adult and child passport on Tuesday May 7th. Both were lost so had to have our identities confirmed. Didn’t manage to get this done until Friday 10th and both applications were approved Tuesday 14th and passports in our hands by Thursday 16th so would have been even sooner if it wasn’t for the delay in confirming our identity.

Courier delivered my old passport one week ago . Today more than a week I am still waiting to receive email or sms from them to say they received my passport. When I tried to track the progress on line ,it says send us your old passport while it is with them. The manual opening of the envelopes and updating the system is extremely slow.
