Applied late Friday and sent photos electronically that day. Sent old passport off Monday midday (Royal Mail 1st class recorded not Special) they received it Tuesday. Got new Passport Thursday. Would be near impossible for it to be quicker. Very happy.

Overall the process was very smooth and efficient. With clear detailed instructions on how to submit additional documents (International Adult Renewal from Australia) and overall a solid experience with receiving my passport within 90 days.

Took a lot longer than everyone else on here!
It took 3 weeks from my docs arriving for them to even look at them. By this point I already had to leave – luckily I have a second passport.
I tried to get my passport redirected after I left – no one at the office could give me the same advice – I had to get it shipped from my old address to my new UK one.
