Quite smooth, it took 5 weeks to arrive, I was hoping it would come in-time for my birthday but I can’t complain. I sent a slightly damaged birth certificate & was told I had to order and send new copies to continue the application. If I didn’t have to send extra documents it would have arrived at least a week earlier.

I think there’s some weird on the tracking updates as I doubt my application got approved at 2am! However very happy with the speed of service – less than a week in total.
