The hardest bit is once the email has been sent to someone verifying your identity, for me that took the longest, then a further 3 days with examiner and another full day with QA quality assurance to check everything again. Once that bit was out the way it was so so quick!

Comments:
Firstchild passport born abroad. Been on vacation and my daughter born 3 weeks early abroad. So we stayed there and applied from abroad. Posted all the docs from UK as I had to fly back for work reason. Approved 7 days after the docs been marked as received. Probably they have scanned same day as delivered hiwever the system kept for 5 days as safeguarding.
