My identity was confirmed on 14th May as my friend had to find his passport so that was the reason for the delay. Otherwise it took 6 days from identity being confirmed until approval then 2 days from approval till it came through the door.
Text/email alerts were great.
Royal Mail text me to say they had it before passport office told me they’d printed it.
I didn’t have to send in any documents.
