I apply for 3 passports 2 child renewals and an adult renewal with name change. I posted all documents needed the next day special delivery. 1 child’s passport needed to have id check. But all passports were done together and dealt with super fast.

Excellent turn around time. Longest wait was caused by Royal Mail taking two days to deliver my old passport by first class recorded. Given that I applied at 8pm and didn’t post my old passport until the following day, I’d say it took five working days to receive.

Submitted uk passport renewal application for my daughter online on 13th June 2023. As she had learning disabilities, I had to get a letter from the GP so finally sent documents on 21st June. Documents were received on 23rd June. Passport was approved on 27th June and was printed the following day. Passport arrived today on 29th June. 16 days from application to arrival. Brilliant!

We went to Max Spielmann to get his photo done. They provided an electronic link to his photo. We applied for his passport online. A friend of ours was able to verify his identity online as well. Everything was very easy and straightforward.
