I sent 4 childrens first passports documents, the documents were all scanned under one application so only one had recieved documents. This took a week and me chasing up to rectify. Passport was delivered to the USA on June 5th, 2023. I did not send my current passport because I am not in my home country and did not want to get stuck in the USA — I did not want to risk it. However, I sent a photocopy of every single page (including front and back cover) of my passports (expired and current). I received the other documents that I sent on June 7th, 2023. Overall, not bad!
