4 days from start to finish! Applied and sent oid passport on Monday, they confirmed application and receipt of old passport on Tuesday. Confirmed new passport was dispatched on Wednesdy, arrived Thursday.

Really quick and easy, was worried that we wouldn’t receive the passport back in time for our holiday but the passport office put a notification on my application of the date we are flying and it’s arrived today. Not sure if that helped but it’s here and we go in 3 weeks!

Super easy, did it all online and classed as a complex renewal due to having lost my original passport. Helped that I had someone who was able to quickly verify my identity. Once approved the next stages were very quick, fast delivery too.

Very easy and quick to be fair, I ordered on the 30th and had to wait for someone to sign his photo online, first person we asked accidently put she had only known me for 1 year and couldn’t rectify the issue so went and got someone else to do it for us, we sent the birth certificate off and it was just over a week to be approved then shipped, was getting a little worried due to travelling on the 10th Oct, got it now paid the extra for postage

Excellent experience in difficult times.
I decided to go straight for fast track despite having 8 weeks until our holiday for my baby’s first passport. This was the best decision I made.
3 week wait for appointment.
Appointment Tuesday 17th May 2pm.
Passport through door Sat 21st May 1pm.
Experience at the passport office was excellent. Very efficient, polite happy staff.
I honestly cannot fault the fast track service. Completely worth the money to save my stress levels.

I have applied and sent in my application on 4/15 it was received and i received a text saying i need to send in my old passport. That arrived in UK from USA on MAY 4th…I still as of 5/20 HAD NO UPDATE I leave mid July for international travel with my entire family who are US citizens and have passports. What must or can I do? Also has anyone been able to expedite overnight mail at least?
