Delighted and relieved. I was very worried as I’d not noticed that my 13yo son’s passport was due to expire before the return date of our booked holiday. Waiting times looked to be 10 weeks plus but a friend recommended this site, and I could see that most renewals were taking less than 2 weeks so decided to risk it.
(The fast-track options only had face-to-face appointments available in Belfast or Glasgow (I live in Cornwall). The online fast-track is only available for adult renewals).
