Easy process online, except I could not remember parent’s marriage date. Had to go to my records for date. Haha! Notified every step of the way. Excellent Service.

Comments:
Expired child passport, child turned 17 so had to apply for first adult passport . Was very easy , confirmation of ID was straightforward using an email link. Time from the email saying ID had been confirmed online and was being assessed, to an email saying the passport application was approved -was only 2 minutes . Received that email on Wed night, the new passport arrived on Friday morning

Went to Photo Booth in local post office. Uploaded photo and completed application Monday afternoon.
Posted old passport on the Monday recorded delivery and got text on Tuesday saying passport received.
Wednesday got text saying approved and going to print.
Thursday got passport through letterbox.
Super fast!!

Excellent experience in difficult times.
I decided to go straight for fast track despite having 8 weeks until our holiday for my baby’s first passport. This was the best decision I made.
3 week wait for appointment.
Appointment Tuesday 17th May 2pm.
Passport through door Sat 21st May 1pm.
Experience at the passport office was excellent. Very efficient, polite happy staff.
I honestly cannot fault the fast track service. Completely worth the money to save my stress levels.

I have applied and sent in my application on 4/15 it was received and i received a text saying i need to send in my old passport. That arrived in UK from USA on MAY 4th…I still as of 5/20 HAD NO UPDATE I leave mid July for international travel with my entire family who are US citizens and have passports. What must or can I do? Also has anyone been able to expedite overnight mail at least?
