I opted 5 working-day service for my ILR application, and attended my biometrics appointment at 28th Jul.
Due to quotes from gov site I should have received result from UKVI/Home Office at 4th Aug. But it’s been stretching more than 1 month up till now, only ambient silence. All queries no matter if coming from my local MP, just led to irresponsible replies such as “your application is not completed yet”.
3 (going to be 4) escalation tickets. Nothing is neither touched nor resolved. Only deadly silence.
Home Office must have altered the way application services (including UKVI) running. As it’s so irritating, frustrating and stagnated.
There must have been someone in charge and responsible. In this case unfortunately, none, concisely lack of transparency. If you can’t be committing to what derive you’ve designed to do so, you’d better step down by your dignity.
