Mine was received on the same day as yours in Liverpool but I only got the ‘Documents Received’ status on 23rd.
My other daughters who we are also renewing went to Durham and they seem to be about a week ahead of Liverpool, as in, it was signed for on the same day as the Liverpool one, went to documents received on 16th March, approved 18th March and then ‘Printed’ on 25th March. TNT are saying that one will be here tomorrow.
Fingers crossed for you, I’d say give them a call but when I did, they were about as useful as a chocolate teapot!
