I found this forum very useful and reassuring so I wanted to post. Needed to get my son’s passport renewed to give us every possible chance of going away this summer, but hadn’t realised how bad the delays were so I was cutting it fine – but I’ve had a great experience. Huge credit to the fab civil servants at the passport office!
I put it through (child renewal from UK) as non-urgent, and it was delivered two weeks after submitting. Arrived burgundy.
