Durham – They received (signed delivery) on 1st June but didn’t Receive on to system until 3rd June. 26 days since they received on to system or 25 days it took from day it updated to processing to approved. Received passport 3rd July.
Total process was 41 days (was bank holiday)
Passport printed and sent 9:13am on 1 July 2020
Application approved 7:21pm on 29 June 2020
Application being processed 7:14am on 4 June 2020
Documents received 12:15pm on 3 June 2020
Application received 10:00am on 26 May 2020
Identity details received 10:00am on 26 May 2020

Adult renewal – Glasgow – Total process applying and receiving new passport was 13 days (was bank holiday)
