Going insane if someone could please help, application submitted on 1st October for child’s renewal, documents received 12th October. Haven’t heard anything since and travelling on November 9th. Does anyone know if it will be here in time ??? Tried ringing the petersborough office and no answer, please someone help is there any way of contacting them or finding out information or any alternatives to speed it up , please reply!!
