I’m definitely in processing as it says Processing Application 11th of May 7:53AM
I can’t see an automatic approval that’s taken 6 days before. I spoke to web chat and they said it’s waiting for an examiner but I’m utterly confused as it’s a renewal through web and they won’t need to verify anything. So so so worried and hurting.

Maybe phone them, or try the web chat? We were in processing for 4 weeks and then found out they wanted extra information (posted today express). I don’t know if they are doing fast track for overseas applications but there must be something you can do.

I spoke to web chat and he said it’s just waiting for examination. There’s nothing I can do from Australia, only an emergency travel document but that only allows 5 transit countries and my trip is more. It’s just a waiting game right now. Thank you for the support though
