    I sent my docs on Monday 9th May. They acknowledged receipt on 16th and I have just had an update today, the 18th to say application has been approved and passport being printed.
    This was for a renewal and a name change.

    I submitted my application on 6th May and was texted today to say documents received (even though they were signed for 6 days ago)
