    Overseas renewal from Australia.
    Since 21 August – nothing at all. Tried to tweet them a few times, they are useless.

    Application being processed 5:20pm on 21 August 2020
    Documents received 2:22pm on 21 August 2020
    Application received 6:19am on 26 July 2020
    Application submitted 6:18am on 26 July 2020
