Had to drive to durham fm Lothian to get it. Useless telephone support service. Appalling. Saved by an angel in Belfast. Got passport 3 hrs before flight.

Comments:
Sent old passport off which they received, then claimed they couldn’t locate it saying i had not sent it off when it was signed by someone at the passport office. They then said i had to report it lost, then i had to find someone to verify my photo.
