The process was remarkably swift, especially with professionally taken photos. I applied and sent the passport on the same day, and HMPO received it the following day, processing it by the subsequent working day. The tracking system helped keep me updated on my application and delivery. Opting for the standard process proved sufficient; I received my passport back within seven days without the need for a paid 7-day fast track service.

Very good service. Application sent and current passport sent same day as application. Husband and I submitted our renewals but they got sent to different offices…mine to Corby, his to Hemel Hampstead. I got mine back a lot quicker.
