It was a pretty easy and straightforward process, it took about 11 days from submitting my application to receiving my passport. It’s a busy period and that’s why it took a good few days for renewal and I completely understand that, still the process was really smooth.

I think this process was extremely satisfying and went incredibly smoothly. Given the disaster the passport office was in a few years ago, the fact they’ve turned it around is very impressive.
