Overall – very quick turnaround. I sent the passport off around 11 days after I submitted the application, but from the day that I sent the passport to receiving my passport, it took only 12 days (including the day that I sent the passport). I sent the passport on the 21st of August, it got delivered and confirmed by royal mail on the 22nd, but HMPO only confirmed delivery on the 23rd. Mind you, you do have to send the passport fairly early in the day if you want it delivered the next day, if you send it around 4/5pm, it will likely only be sent out the next working day.
Overall very quick service, very impressed. Took 12 days!
