The overall process was quick and easy, considering it was my first UK passport. After submitting the application with my ceremony certificate and original passports, I recieved texts and emails notifying me when my application was approved, when the passport was being printed and when it was sent out for delivery.

Got an email asking for ID to prove name change- my name hasn’t changed. Phoned them up and they mistook my middle names as first names. Silly really. Easily fixed though and arrived sooner than expected.

Extremely quick for standard service renewal. Used a photo booth for picture which was easy to download into the online form. Communication of progress was also excellent via SMS and email. No complaints at all.
