Credit where credit is due, I am astounded how easy and quick this has been. Excluding postage times, it took a mere five days. Whilst the website is not overly straight forward to determine how best to renew an adult passport from abroad, it was a superb service once submitted.
Anyone submitting a renewal application from abroad should have some confidence that, once your old passport is sent off, it seems to be working well and it doesn’t leave you without this important document for longer than expected.
