Excellent Service – Applied Tuesday evening, posted old passport on Wednesday, received email approval late on Thursday evening and had a notification from Royal Mail on Friday, Delivery Saturday. Excellent service, quicker than the fast track service!!! No complaints – may have even been a day quicker if I applied and posted old passport on the same day.

Comments:
My 1st countersigner was deemed ineligible so I had to get another one. 1st was a licensed and bonded Contractor (blue collar) and was not acceptable. 2nd was an attorney (barrister-white collar) and was accepted. Seriously, licensed blue collar workers should be acceptable. So the process took longer due to all the Holidays and the fact that getting another counter-signer and re-sending documents caused a 2 week delay.
