So fast, very impressed. I left it last minute to get new passports for our holiday and couldn’t afford fast track but thought I would have to pay it. The information on this website helped me to decide to just send it off using the standard service and it was super fast and I saved money! Application and old passport were sent on Saturday 10th Feb and passport was delivered by Royal Mail on Thursday 15th Feb!

Pretty impressed with the speed of it, one of the few government services that actually works it seems. That said, the passport seems very low quality compared to my 2014 one, would be very surprised if it holds up for even 5 years if you’re a frequent traveler.

Impressive straight forward process from start to finish with excellent communication throughout. I was able to check progress easily via the helpline and received numerous texts from Royal Mail regarding delivery. Application submitted at the London office 11:15 on 12th Feb passport received by Royal mail at 11:18 on 17 Feb – 5 days – absolutely brilliant!
