Took only 6 days from when I sent the old passport out. Was extremely quick and not what I was expecting when I seen online that it could be up to 3 weeks. Very happy with the outcome as I can now use it to travel to Spain this weekend.

Excellent service. Filled online renewal application on gov UK on Thursday, sent supporting documents on Friday, received new passport and documents back a week later in Wednesday. Very impressive!

13/09 application, Docs recieved 19/09 and authorised 6am 25/09 and printed 2pm same day. Notified by RM that delivery was expected 26/09 early evening and it was in hand by 5pm.
Although the photo was accepted online and it was third party confirmed as true resemblance to my daughter, they requested another picture as they thought it was not recent (she looks younger than her years!!) but when uploaded it was immediately accepted (4min) so didn’t delay it thankfully.
