Application was dealt with swiftly by the passport office with no issues. Royal mail poor service – old passport sent “24hr signed for” took 3 days to arrive, new passport sent “24hr signed for” took 2 days.

Already had the Snappy Snap photo code from photos taken on the 19th Nov, submitted online application on the 20th and returned old passport the same day. New passport arrived the morning of the 28th November by Royal Mail.
