Hi Folks,

Found this website very useful. Here are my timelines – for a child renewal, using the standard service. I did ask the PO to get a signature on delivery. It took a week before they managed to link the two. Overall very happy so far and big credit to Durham.

Applied on 7th June
Document received on 9th June
Application process began on the 16th
Approval on the 24th June
Now just waiting for it to be delivered…fingers crossed (will post back when it arrives)
