Other half’s passport has just been printed and due to be sent today. Application Summited 18 SEP and documents received 28 SEP. Around 20 days which someone has said on here before. Did call numerous times however and yesterday someone put a note on her file to say when her departure date was. Not sure if coincidence or did actually help that no more than 24 hours later has been approved and posted.

Number used to speak to someone was 01633 285422. Maybe around 20 minute wait.
