Applied for first adult passports for my wife and me and two first child passports. Mine was sent to Newport the rest of my family to Liverpool. We all sent documents on 24th March and I’m the only one that has been approved and passport received (the new blue one). Rest which were sent to Liverpool still processing…

Passport Office suspends return to work plans

Has anybody who sent their documents to Newport received their passports back? I read somewhere that the Newport office was closed since lock-down while others have minimal staff. This was my first passport application, no news since 24th March.
