    So does that mean you have a tracking number now? My husband has only just received his tracking number being posted on Monday. Not great we fly Monday morning. So will not be there for pick up. He is having to use emergancy passport. Good luck

    We have had a nightmare, but what I have learnt along the way. It does seem to take a couple of days for dhl to have a note. Apparently TNT don’t What I have found going onto Customer care dhl and talk to the on line chat bot. Say don’t have a postcode will eventually allow you to chat to a human. They can find your tracking with your name and address. I hope this helps

    DHL tracking I should recieve my passport tomorrow, but looks like my husband passport has gone missing. TNT don’t have it and neither do the passport office Durham. Apparently TNT is used to deliver to DHL for foreign deliveries. This has been so stressful

    A wee update husbands passport printed and sent out 11.30 last night, mine 11.30 this morning. No tracking number for DHL still waiting. Not sure how long it takes to recieve a tracking for dhl or how to chase it up
    Any ideas please

    Hi We applied 13th Feb
    Received passports into system 01/03 they signed for them 18th.
    Just got approved 5th March.
    Need them by Friday travel early Monday, we live in France need them to get back for a family funeral so stressed
