Hi, I sent back for my documents last week and I’m still waiting so hoping it’s not too long cos of the stress and anxiety it’s causing me. I was told 11 days to read letter and then that I should get them back within 2 weeks so I’m guessing up to 4 weeks in total?
If you have urgent travel for medical or compassionate reasons though I think you can place a request with the compassionate team?Dimaolivier have you received the passport back yet? I requested my still valid passport back today and fly in 5 weeks, hoping it’s back by then! So stressed
Hi I’ve just requested my old passport back, does anyone know how long it takes to come back and whether it is sent via TNT? I know it’s taking 11 days for post to be scanned so I’m expected 2 weeks, but don’t know if it’s 2 weeks from when they read the letter. Im so anxious and stressed with this all, I just want it back! Thanks x
