This is my update on a damaged passport renewal for anyone wondering as there isn’t yet an option on the site. Took 15 days altogether from applying to at my door so very quick. For anyone wondering I wouldn’t bother with fast track as it will take long to get an appointment and is more expensive overall if you include travel costs and the application itself. If you have 3-4 weeks minimum until you travel I would just do a normal application.
