It eventually arrived on 7th May. I have no idea if this would have happened had I not chased many times by phone and even gotten my MP to chase. Not really excusable for those of us who live abroad and travel for work. I had to cancel one trip and move another, leaving me out of pocket. But at least I don’t have to do this again for another 10 years!
