Very fast service. Posted my passport on Saturday, had an email saying they received my old passport at 5pm on the Monday, and at 3am on Tuesday morning had one to say passport has been approved and sent for printing, which has then arrived today. Excellent and super fast service for renewals, can’t fault it.

Applied for renewal a little early as I heard they were going on strike and I am due to travel in April. Can not believe how quickly they sorted it. I did post my old passport first class so they received it quickly but wasnt expecting it for another week? So pleased with it. Took the pictures in a photo-booth that did Digital photo for passports so overall a good experience
