Comments:
Good service but they did not ask for my sons birth certificate when sending documents but then asked for it to prove parental responsibility. Documents were sent with my own renewal and daughters 1st child passport. Pain and cost to send 2nd parcel. I would recommend sending the birth certificates of children even if they do not ask for them.
