Application slightly delayed as I was told to provide my lost/stolen reference number when I had reported it a year prior to applying for a new passport. So I had to ring up, seems they simply didn’t make the connection with my application. But the person on the phone was quick amd efficient and very apologetic. That was on 29/01, passport was printed 31/01. So dealt with very quickly afterwards.

My passport was water damaged so needed to be replaced. I applied for a new passport on Friday 2nd Feb and posted my old one back on Saturday 3rd Feb. It was approved on the 9th Feb, printed on the 10th Feb and delivered on the 13th Feb.
I was very impressed with how quick the turnaround was. I was kept upto date via text and email throughout the process which was great.

It may be DHLs fault, but I received no notification after that until the day it arrived. Given how important the passports are and given how most tracking works, I think they should send you a tracking number as soon as they confirm it has been sent, but other than that, the service and speed was excellent
